short introduction

Large newly renovated and furnished apartments (80 m²) in one of the most historic houses in Berlin (on the SATT and Blessed) in the pedestrian zone of the Old Town Spandau. The apartment was in January 2009 and completely renovated with new furniture. It is located on the first floor.

The apartment is furnished with original contemporary works of art. It offers an interesting contrast of historic and modern. The apartment can sleep a maximum of 8 guests (and a baby).

neighbourhood and location

Top location: Located opposite the Nikolai Church, the Reformation place. This is the most beautiful place in the historic Old Town of Spandau and just minutes from the underground station.

The underground station of Spandau Old Town is located in close proximity (a minute walk).

The S-Bahn and the train (ICE) are at the Rathaus Spandau. Both can be reached easily on foot. Messe Berlin to take only 10 minutes without any changes.

Berlin Spandau. The Old Town offers visitors Spandau Berlin at its best. The Spandau Citadel is easily reached on foot. The center of Berlin with its rich culture (museums, galleries, concerts), sports events, restaurants, cafes, bars can be reached in the shortest possible time on the metro. Spandau offers a lot of history.

Of the subway station Old Town Spandau is in immediate nearness (one minute of footpath).

The city railroad and the distant road (intercity express) are in the city hall Spandau. You reach both easily on foot.

To the fair of Berlin you go only 10 minutes without changing.

If arriving by car, you can drive up to the door but you must find a parking space in after 17 o'clock free of charge in the adjoining streets or in the very nearby multi-storey car park you can park 24 hours for only 2.50 €.

The public transportation is ver well developed in Berlin so you do not need to depend therefore on a car.
