The 118m2 apartment is on the first floor, in an elevator building, and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, big bright kitchen with dining area, living room and a small balcony.
Fully licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority, the apartment is in a newly built block in a quiet and very safe area.
All outside doors and windows are double glazed and have mosquito net frames, floor tiles are ceramic and main door opens with a digital code number or by key and intercom.

The apartment is located in a safe area in the lovely village of Marsaskala with quite a range of leisure facilities, bars, and restaurants.
The apartment is just 200 metres from the beautiful St. Thomas Bay and 215 metres from the Marsaskala promenade.
Malta International Airport is 9 Km away. Marsa Golf Courses are 6 KM, Cottonera (the three old cities group) and Hypogeum Malta 4 Km.
Each guest group has to make a security deposit of Euro 200 which is returned on departure providing there is no damage.
Guests pay a total of Euro 25 for cleaning services of the apartment after departure.
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony

The bright, attractive living room comes with comfortable seating, WiFi and cable T.V. with international channels.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioner and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The second bedroom has two single beds plus air conditioner and the smallest of the three bedrooms has one single bed.
There is a second bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.

Hot and cold water and electricity.
Bathroom towels and bed linen.
The kitchen provides a homely space where you can gather for a meal together.
It is fitted with all the requisite appliances including an electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven and hob, toasters and fridge.
The owners Maria & Gabriel will greet the guests at the apartment to provide the keys and show the guests around.
Transfer by taxi from the airport to the apartment can be arranged .The driver will wait at the arrivals gate with a placard with guests' name and surname. The cost is approximately Euro 20 until 23.00 hrs and Euro 25 after that. Payment should be made directly to the driver.
Please note that the guests need to pay the driver on the way to the apartment.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter\owner upon arrival at the
aiport of train station, You can arrage a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment
and get the keys
Check in time is from 1:00 and Check out is before 24:00
Please note that some owners have an extra charge for late check in
Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this
with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
How can I get from the airport to the property?
Your confirmation mail will include instructions for getting to the property from central station.
