Conveniently located just 2-hours north of Seattle, WA and 1.5-hours south of Vancouver, B.C.. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
Your family will have a wonderful time staying in this deluxe two story, two bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse style condo. The updated, comfortable, and monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Mountain Adventures/Romantic Getaway
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
This comfy living area has a sectional hide-a-bed facing a unique handcrafted river rock fireplace and a flat screen monitor…plus there’s a small balcony for sipping your favorite beverage.
A galley style kitchen with newly upgraded stainless steel appliances, (including a dishwasher) and granite countertops, a pass through breakfast bar with four bar stools plus a dining table that seats three. This fully equipped kitchen also includes: oven/stove; refrigerator/freezer; dishwasher; cooking utensils, silverware, pots/pans and dishes/glassware; coffee pot, microwave oven and toaster. Mt. Baker Lodging will provide 2 rolls of paper towels and dish soap. Otherwise, self-service.
The main floor features one bedroom with 1-king sized bed and more than ample storage space via two closets. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer, and a pullman style full bath with a tub/shower combo.
Guests should bring their own toiletries. Mt. Baker Lodging will provide 3 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink and shower. We will provide 1 set of towels per guest. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside.
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date.
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in.
All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
