Cosy one-bedroom apartment for four in the happening 'Pijp' area of Amsterdam.
The duplex apartment is on the third and fourth floors, accessed by 3 flights of typically steep Amsterdam stairs, and comprises one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and a small balcony.

Welcome to Amsterdam. The apartment has a private entrance on the street in the hip and fashionable centrally located neighbourhood ‘de Pijp’. The apartment is 75m2 and is located on the third and fourth floor which you can reach by 3 steep stairs. This typical Amsterdam building is built in 1903, with his beautiful canal view and in the center of the Fashion & Museum District.
The apartment is very bright and spacious and fully equipped. You will find a comfortable open plan living area and a kitchen with dining table. There is also a little balcony at the back. On the fourth floor is the bedroom located with a comfortable double bed with shower ensuite.
It’s also an easy walk to the Vondelpark, P.C. Hooftstraat (the Netherlands most exclusive shopping street) theatres and cinemas. To join in, all you need is this perfectly situated and fully equipped spacious apartment.
The Appartment is located in the hip and fashionable centrally located neighborhood ‘de Pijp’. Close to the fashion and museum district. It is a 8 min walk to the Rijksmuseum, Stedelijk Museum and the Van Gogh Museum and only a 10 min walk to the Leidseplein. The Rai Convention Center is close by and transportation at the end of the street. There are several trams and the metro just around the corner. If you want to have breakfast, lunch or dinner there are more than enough little restaurants in the neigbourhood, were you can find a lot of locals.
The livingroom is situated on the 3th floor. There are big window's were you have a nice view on the canal. There is a nice big couch where you can chill with and relaxe watch tv or listen to the radio. Apple tv available.
It is a typical Dutch kitchen, small but everything is there for your comfort. There is a fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasser for your comfort. It is possible to make a cup of coffee or a nice cup of tea and it is possible to toast your bread.
When you take the internal steep stairs to the 4th floor you find the bedroom with a comfortable double bed an open shower ensuite. We will provide towels and bed linnen and toilet paper.
There is wifi and a tv for you extra comfort. I will leave you a manual with all the instructions of the apartment together with some handy and up to date tips about Amsterdam.
It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment, but you can smoke on the little balcony.
