We are here to help, day or night before during and after your stay. Our Customer Services Team answer any e-mail questions promptly, usually within an hour of receiving or for instant service use our live support system.

On your arrival at the airport or central station, it is important to contact your greeter so they can know you have arrived and can be available to meet you at the accommodation or office.
Some owners use agents to rent their places and sometimes, unfortunately, things can go wrong, double booking, broken appliances, bad wifi or whatever.
It's rare, but if you arrive and are not satisfied with your accommodation, if it's not what you were expecting, or something's not working correctly, then please, if the greeter is not agreeing to solve your issue then get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
We can't do much for you once you're back home, so get in touch while we can do something about it.
