Indianapolis is the state capital of Indiana located in the U.S midwest. While it is probably best known for the renowned auto race the Indianapolis 500 held annually in May and drawing over 300,000 visitors, it has plenty more to recommend it as a holiday destination at any time of year.
You can get a taste of Indycar history at the 500 Museum, try one of the driving simulators at the Dalara factory or visit the Speedway indoor Karting where you can demonstrate your driving skills.
